Homemade Bailey's Irish Creme

St. Patrick's Day 2013



Homemade Bailey's Irish Creme
2 T. Chocolate syrup
1tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. instant coffee
14 oz Sweetened Condensed milk
1 cup Cream (heavier the richer)
1 2/3 cups Irish Whiskey

Combine all ingredients in a blender & set on high speed for 30 seconds.  Bottle in a tightly sealed container & refrigerate.   Shake before using.  Will keep for up to 2 months.
